A Wedding Videographer or Photographer would really care about the final output of their production or images (which they call their Art), so we would like to give emphasis on some of the crucial points where some have been discussed on part one of the Wedding tips. P.S. some of the points discussed here may not concern the Video and Photo Service but were still indicating here as goodwill to our guest, readers, clients and fans =)
- I'll say this again "Make up Artist" lets invest on this! Get a trial or get the service with the one you are very familiar with, remember that this is a Once in a lifetime event and we would like you to be the most prettiest woman in the crowd. Not too cheapy, not too costly just the right one you feel your confident with.
- Host(s) - A good host could keep the momentum running even if there were delays in the program (coordinator's fault or maybe the couple could not find their CD / AVP which they prepare overnight as a surprise for their guest ), A good Host also can make an ad-lib and professionally keeps a card up his sleeves.
- Technical Equipment - I've witness this in several occasions AVP "No Sound Output" make sure that the coordinator or assigned member has not overlook this. In some cases the Couple makes a "salad purchasing" Salad in my definition hiring different suppliers (different supplier for projector , sound system, AVP editor etc.). The sound system provider ideally should have one its a general cable called "the headphone jack" Note: The projector does not produce any sound its the laptop that produces it, and for it to be audience quality your laptop should be connected into the sound system. If the venue or hotel packages the projector and sound system need not to worry, worry only if you are carrying a Mac better to get assistance with the technical crew of the hotel if their projector can be connected to a Mac and advise them that you will be playing a video and sound on your AVP's
- Celebrity Relative should I invite them too? Yes you may that is if you want your guest and relatives making him/her the center of attraction (happened in one case). If both of your guest and you are living a normal life and it happen that you wanted to invite your long lost celebrity relative just consider how the majority of your guest would react to his/her presence (on a Case-to-case basis).
With these points above we usually do our best to help our couple/client(s) a pre-notice is being given to them in advance months prior the day of their event. Either you would be inquiring on our packages, need a free advise or came across these questions. We will be giving these photo and video wedding tips for Free! More tips (or on the spot shooting tips) when you book us on your Event! Cheers and God Bless... Watch out for More....
